The Government of Samara region has offered the company AvtoVAZ, which is currently experiencing enormous difficulties because of its large debt to participate in creating a system for collecting and recycling old vehicles in the Samara region, reports Finmarket.
The region became one of 11 pilot subjects, which will be an experiment to stimulate the acquisition of new vehicles to replace the old which are handed over for recycling and the establishment of the RF system for the collection and disposal of vehicles, the press service of the regional government.
